Located in a prime position in a popular Brisbane suburb, this development included retention of an existing character residence in a prominent location on the site, with smaller infill 'houses' around it.

The design solution included for renovating the existing house, with the construction of 5 additional dwellings behind and to the side of it. These dwellings are a combination of detached and attached houses of 2 and 3 storeys. A mixture of materials were used in conjunction with a consistent palette of primary paint colours to maintain consistency between dwellings whilst providing individuality to each home.
