CORNER WYNNUM ROAD & CREEK ROAD, CANNON HILL
This project features 98 apartments over two buildings, each six levels in height. The apartments are a mix of one, two and three bedrooms which provide a blend of high-quality affordable housing. A grouping of generous sized balconies with large glazed openings deliver sprawling views towards the City skyline and the adjoining Courtyards development. This is juxtaposed with the hard-edge facades which feature a series of sunshading devices and "port hole” windows facing Creek Road. These features are enhanced through the use of robust materials in the form of brick and raw concrete.
